👋🏼

Goodbye social media, hello blogging (again).

I spend way too much time on social media. I’m on Instagram while I watch TV on the couch, I browse Facebook on my lunch breaks (I do that less now since I just spend less time eating lunch haaa), and I’m on Twitter pretty much 24/7 because oh I don’t know, it’s kind of like watching the world burn.

Good news: thanks to Facebook’s increasingly serious privacy fuckups, I finally have the kick in the ass I needed to get off of social media more permanently.

I won’t get likes and comments on a blog, but for some explicable reason I’m comforted by the idea of having more digital distance from Mark Zuckerberg.

Also, my Behance portfolio site was just… ugly, so I’m glad to be rid of that too.

TL;DR: If you’re interested in my disposable-camera vacation photos and life updates, you can find those on this blog—which will also house my day-job portfolio work and night-fun poetry publications. Is it a bad idea to mix business and pleasure? PROBABLY! Stay tuned to see if I crash and burn.
